REFUNDS POLICY
We are committed to upholding the highest quality standards in all our endeavors at Skilldots. As part of our dedication to excellence, we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Refund procedures are outlined in the policies below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Live Instructor-Led Courses

  • This policy is applicable to all Skilldots Live Instructor-Led Training Courses
  • Cancellation Before Course Commencement If you are unable to attend the course and request a refund before the course commencement date, we will reimburse the entire amount to you (after deducting the bank changes. if any)
  • Withdrawals During Workshop Should you find that our product does not meet your expectations within the first two hours of the workshop and wish to withdraw, we will issue a 100% refund without any queries (after deducting the bank changes. if any).However, once you have participated for more than two hours in the workshop, you will not qualify for a refund.
  • Transfers to Other Batches You are welcome to approach your assigned service facilitator to request a change of batch 2 days before the workshop / training begins, at no additional cost. We will gladly reschedule your batch to a later date that suits your convenience / availability.
Cancellations Prior to Course (other than SAFe courses)

For any cancellations by participants prior to the course:



  • More than 36 hours: 70% will get refund
  • Less than 36 hours: No refund

Note: Please be aware that if you have accessed and downloaded the course material, you do not qualify for refunds. Additionally, refunds or credits for rescheduling the training will not be provided in cases of non-attendance.

Virtual Instructor Led - Courses
  • This policy is applicable to all Skilldots Virtual Instructor-Led Training Courses,
  • Cancellation Before Course Commencement If you are unable to attend the course and request a refund before the course commencement date, we will reimburse the entire amount to you (after deducting the bank changes. if any)
  • Withdrawals During Workshop Should you find that our product does not meet your expectations within the first two hours of the workshop and wish to withdraw, we will issue a 100% refund without any queries(after deducting the bank charges, if any). However, once you have participated for more than two hours in the workshop, you will not qualify for a refund.
  • Transfers to Other Batches You are welcome to approach your assigned service facilitator to request a change of batch 2 days before the workshop / training begins, at no additional cost. We will gladly reschedule your batch to a later date that suits your convenience / availability.



Cancellations Prior to Course
For any cancellations by participants prior to the course:

  • More than 48 hours: 70% will get refund
  • Between 48 hours and 24 hours: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
